Orientation of our Social Proyection
Nemtex has two perspectives in this regard: To its own employees, through benefits of these types: Intelectual, Industrial, Personal, Health, Help for their families, Sports and Recreation.
English Courses Computing Courses Training in Machinery Operation	With the philosophy that "Better Employees" make "Better Companies", we have a permanent training plan for all of our personnel, focused on delivering more improvement options inside our outside our Company. Among these we could mention: English Courses Computing Courses Trainig in Machinery Operation
	Industrial Security Comitee Our Industrial Security Comitee works to prevent risk, and the adequate signage of our instalations, as well as training in the use of emergency equipment, to minimize or avoid any mishap.
	Sports Comitee When we built our sports complex in December/2000, our employees and families could practice sports and also have better intra-familiar relations. The complex is also available to the communities in the neighborhood.
	Personnel Transportation Our employees have at their disposal transportation to and from the company, to give them security and peace of mind when they go to work or their homes.
Dining 1 Dining Room 2	Clear and Spacious Dining Rooms for the Employees There are two dining rooms at our facilities, so our employees can eat under appropiate conditions.
	Nursery and Examinations The good health condition of our workers is a priority, and that is why periodically they receive clinical examinations to monitor their physical well being, and in that way guarantee that all of our labor force is in optimal condition.
	Our Christmas Party Thinking of our children, Nemtex year after year does its christmas party, which is oriented to give our employee's children a moment of joy and happiness. Mechanical rides, clowns, treats, piñatas and, of course, the delivery of toys by Santa Claus are some of the activities that are done in our family christmas party.
The Complement is the Social Proyection towards our Community
	Nemtex has said “we are present” to our people in the most difficult moments. Actions like the delivery of foodstuff, milk and clothes for the children of Zamorano, Tierra Blanca and San Carlos Lempa, of the Department of Usulutan, trying in some way to mitigate the pain of our people, caused by Mitch Hurricane.
	When Nature shook our country in the earthquakes of 2001, Nemtex also manifested itself, giving its contribution at the Cruz Verde, San Pablo, El Carmen and Barrio San Juan in the departments of Cuscatlán and Verapaz in San Vicente, delivering first necessities products and wood to the victims of the aforementioned zones.
	Taking Part at the Telethons In addition to the actions taken in response of natural disasters, Nemtex has been sponsor of the 1987, 1990, 1996, 1998 Telethons, and also of the 2003 Telethon. Telethon is an altruist activity whose objective is to gather funds to do beneficial works like rehabilitation centers for disadvantaged people, financing of prosthesis and donating these to people of small means.
	Special Olympics Nemtex sponsored our participation in the Special Olympics in Dublin, Ireland 2003.
	Nemtex and the Environment Now we have started the “water treatment plant” proyect, focused at the preservation of our ecosystem and environment, as it is right now very deteriorated. For all of this, we can say that Nemtex is not only producing, but also “a lot of heart”.
